As indicated by Indian Express, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, his Highness Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, had supported “the issuance of a 10-year brilliant visa for experts in a bid to keep the “gifted individuals and extraordinary personalities” in the Gulf country and help in country building.”
